📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers • Onboard new customers • Attend client meetings during the pre-sales stage • Determine customer requirements and goals for their target SWIFT infrastructure • Define project scope, plan timelines, and set deadlines • Help customers with the technical setup of their SWIFT platform • Coordinate end-to-end tests • Report progress, risks, and mitigations to management • Support existing customers with Financial Messaging and SWIFT-related queries • Answer Jira tickets within the given SLA • Train customer staff to use SWIFT and the company platform • Identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients • Occasionally travel to client locations to collaborate with their teams • Participate in brainstorming sessions related to strategic company initiatives • Contribute ideas to the continuous improvement process • Collaborate with Sales and IT teams on future products and services • Provide guidance and mentoring for new employees and colleagues in other departments • Deliver training for internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in the field • Strong knowledge of SWIFT connectivity solutions and other SWIFT services • Strong knowledge of financial messaging protocols: SwiftNet, API, Host to Host • Strong knowledge of MT and MX (ISO20022) messages • Good understanding of the financial industry ecosystem • Proficient in English and Spanish
