📋 Description

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex full-stack applications and cloud-based systems • Provide technical leadership across multiple projects • Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders • Define and enforce engineering standards, coding guidelines, and CI/CD practices • Identify technical risks and propose solutions or mitigation strategies • Drive adoption of modern technologies, tools, and processes • Oversee system reliability, observability, and infrastructure performance • Act as the primary escalation point for critical technical challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience • Proven experience architecting scalable applications using modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred) • Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation) • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices • Deep understanding of software engineering best practices • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills • Ability to balance hands-on coding with architectural oversight and team mentoring.
