📋 Description

• Provide proactive support on tax-related matters, answering client questions via WhatsApp and email • Hold Google Meet meetings with clients to discuss tax-related matters • Manage a portfolio of clients • Perform tax-related activities, including tax filings and tax calculations • Participate in the resume screening, behavioral interview with HR, and technical interview stages

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Strong communication skills and customer service experience • Experience working at an accounting firm • Proactivity, strong reasoning and persuasion skills, and a desire to grow professionally • Basic knowledge of technology, processes, and artificial intelligence • Ability to work as part of a team • Self-management skills • Resilience
