📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end • Build, maintain, and adjust 3-statement financial models • Run monthly financial numbers against actual results • Communicate potential margin and cash-flow issues • Field client and investor questions and incorporate requests into models • Conduct market research to improve forecast realism • Create scenarios and regularly test assumptions • Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis • Create and update KPI dashboards • Maintain three-statement financial forecasts • Monitor and forecast cash flow • Perform cohort analysis • Assist Senior Financial Analysts and the CFO • Work directly with senior partners and the managing partner

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis is preferred but not mandatory • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting software • Excellent communication skills • Advanced MS Excel skills • eCommerce, agency, or FP&A experience is a bonus • Hands-on experience with Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Glew.io or Amazon Seller/Vendor is a bonus • Prior client-facing or investor-facing work is a bonus • Ability to work the evening/overnight India shift long-term, approximately 6:30pm–2:30am IST • Must submit a CV and a 2–3 minute video during screening
