📋 Description

• Support U.S. accounting and finance operations for U.S. entities • Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes in Oracle NetSuite • Maintain general ledger hygiene and accurate ledger postings • Maintain daily and monthly schedules for prepaids, fixed assets, and client retainer liabilities • Prepare vendor, agency, contractor, legal/severance, and employee-related accruals • Conduct bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations • Investigate and resolve ledger discrepancies • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts, daily bank data matching, and monthly cost-center allocation schedules • Ensure data accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and compliance with internal controls • Support state tax compliance and U.S. financial reporting activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in U.S. accounting, general ledger maintenance, or finance operations • MBA (Finance), M.Com graduate, or Semi-Qualified CA preferred • Strong MS Excel skills, including lookup formulas, pivot tables, waterfall schedules, data reconciliations, and variance analysis • Experience with a standard ERP system, preferably Oracle NetSuite ERP • Robust understanding of U.S. accounting concepts, including General Ledger, Accruals, Prepaids, and Fixed Assets • Basic familiarity with U.S. statutory compliance requirements • Solid understanding of accounting principles, accrual mechanics, prepaid amortization, and bank/GL reconciliations • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, self-motivated, ownership-oriented mindset • Ability to manage deliverables across U.S. and India time zones with confidentiality and professionalism • Comfortable working 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift hours
