📋 Description

• Own financial models, reporting packages, and close operations for the US Finance team • Run deliverables overnight so the US team receives finished, reviewed materials each morning • Update rolling forecasts using monthly actuals, reforecast remaining periods, perform ±5/10% sensitivity analysis, and prepare assumptions memos for SVP review • Produce monthly EBITDA Bridges comparing actuals with budget and prior year, including waterfall format and variance commentary • Prepare monthly business-line packages covering revenue, cost, headcount, and budget variance • Maintain BvA templates in Pigment and apply commentary standards consistently • Pull and format Investor Packages from Pigment and assemble first drafts for FP&A Director review • Produce monthly KPI scorecards covering revenue, EBITDA, DSO, cash, and close cycle with RAG indicators • Maintain and monthly-refresh Power BI dashboards for Collections, Analysts, and FP&A • Own the close checklist, monitor Accounting SLAs (BD1/BD3/BD4), and flag slippage to the FP&A Manager • Work with Accounting to review and validate monthly accruals before books close

🎯 Requirements

• Expert Excel financial modeling • Ability to build 3-statement integrated models from scratch: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow • Experience building EBITDA bridges, rolling forecasts, and variance waterfall charts in a real FP&A context • Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar planning platform experience; required on day one • Experience building PE-grade management reporting packages • Power BI or Tableau dashboard experience • Strong PowerPoint formatting skills • Comfort working with Oracle EPM / FCCS data exports • Understanding of month-end close, including trial balance, accruals, and journal entries • Experience tracking close deliverables and working with Accounting on timelines • Attention to detail on financial accuracy • Strong written English • Ability to work effectively asynchronously with the US team across time zones • Ability to flag issues early
