📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end • Build 3-statement dynamic financial models covering income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows • Adjust models monthly against clients' actual results and flag margin and cash-flow issues • Field questions and requests from clients and potential investors and incorporate them into models • Benchmark client metrics against industry and sector data • Create scenarios for every model and regularly test assumptions • Perform monthly reporting and variance analysis • Build and update KPI dashboards • Maintain 3-statement forecasts • Monitor and forecast cash flow • Report to the FP&A Manager and work alongside senior partners and the managing partner • Collaborate with clients and investor stakeholders during client meetings and board preparation • Work with platforms including Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Rippling, and Gusto

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in finance (minimum 60 months) • Demonstrated expertise building and maintaining 3-statement financial models in Microsoft Excel • Working understanding of US GAAP • Bachelor's or master's degree, plus a professional qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance • Background in a high-intensity, deadline-driven environment such as a Big 4 firm, major consulting firm, equity research, investment banking/M&A, or comparable scale-up FP&A team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Judgment to turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations • Outstanding written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Willingness and ability to work the evening/overnight India shift long-term, with overlap roughly 6:00am–2:00pm Pacific Time • CV required • Short 2–3 minute video submission required during early screening
