📋 Description

• Issuance and verification of CT-e, invoices (notas fiscais) and other transport documents; • Perform billing for freight and services provided to clients; • Issuance of freight contracts and compliance with PGR (Risk Management Program); • Verification and processing of shipping documents, manifests and receipts/proofs; • Billing control, sending receipts/proofs and document organization; • Issuance of invoices and payment slips (boletos) according to procedures and tax requirements; • Authorization of cash advances for drivers; • Control and monitoring of receipts and operational pending issues; • Support for administrative and financial routines; • Customer, driver and operations team support as needed; • Support in resolving discrepancies and monitoring billing-related outstanding items; • Contribute to the organization, improvement and efficiency of departmental processes.
