📋 Description

• Own every engagement end to end as Engagement Lead, from kickoff through executive readout • Serve as the primary customer point of contact and single point of accountability for delivery • Set success criteria, manage change control, and align stakeholders on outcomes and boundaries • Run standups, status reporting, stakeholder and steering reviews, RAID management, and decision logs • Resolve engagement risks before they threaten scope, timeline, or client relationships • Drive quality control through peer reviews and readiness checks on client-facing deliverables • Lead a 2–3 person pod across discovery, analysis, and executive readout • Plan staffing, set pod-member goals, provide coaching and feedback, and manage utilization • Maintain engagement risks, decisions, and artifact version control • Drive technical discovery and analysis across multi-cloud, platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and application/data domains • Produce prioritized recommendations, effort sizing, and sequenced roadmaps • Translate findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes • Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce toil and accelerate insight • Capture and evolve delivery collateral and incorporate it into the Rapid Solutions playbook • Define and refine Rapid Solutions offerings, playbooks, templates, and delivery standards • Partner with practice leaders to align standards with AHEAD delivery frameworks and cross-practice initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience • Experience in engagement leadership • Experience leading end-to-end client engagements from kickoff through executive readout • Experience managing scope, statements of work, change control, governance, status reporting, stakeholder and steering reviews, RAID management, and decision logs • Experience resolving engagement risks and escalating issues • Experience with quality control, peer reviews, and readiness checks for client-facing deliverables • Experience leading and staffing a 2–3 person pod • Experience setting goals and providing structured coaching and feedback • Experience managing utilization and forecasting staffing needs • Experience with multi-cloud environments: AWS, Azure, and GCP • Knowledge of platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and application/data domains • Experience producing prioritized recommendations, effort sizing, and sequenced roadmaps • Experience translating technical findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes • Experience implementing AI-driven solutions • Experience developing playbooks, templates, scoring rubrics, questionnaires, and delivery standards
