📋 Description

• Guide project teams and client organizations in Agile/Scrum practices and values • Coach teams on self-organization and Scrum maturity • Remove impediments and facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution • Build a trusting, blame-free environment focused on problem-solving • Support and educate the Product Sponsor on grooming and maintaining the product backlog • Provide servant leadership and lead by example • Analyze resource utilization and measure future resource allocation needs • Develop and track additional services revenue opportunities within client environments • Understand client needs, match them to relevant services or products, and manage expectations • Communicate project goals and critical success factors persuasively • Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery • Ensure service delivery success and client satisfaction • Manage project initiation, contractual obligations, client needs, goals, existing situations, and contacts • Develop and execute project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables • Identify resources and assign major project roles • Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project goals • Assign and monitor project team work, providing technical and analytical support • Interface with clients on technical matters • Manage project risks, issues, and progress to achieve deadlines, scope, and quality goals • Assist with problem resolution and risk mitigation • Integrate and track vendor/subcontractor tasks and deliverables • Conduct project closure, acceptance, handover documentation, and post-implementation reviews • Identify and improve project management coordination processes • Use AHEAD systems, including Salesforce and FinancialForce, to maintain project information

🎯 Requirements

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a requirement • Strong ability to independently manage medium to high risk, high complexity, and high client visibility projects • Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Knowledge of industry project management best practices (i.e., Project Management Body of Knowledge - PMBOK) • Knowledge of the company's products and services • Solid understanding of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles, including conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, and traditional waterfall phases • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced skills in project management software • Ability to manage project budgets and timelines • Proficiency in negotiation techniques • Ability to facilitate interaction with executive-level clients • Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance, and build high morale • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments
