📋 Description

• Manage operators and out-sourcing budget. • Plan and set goals for the team. • Conduct performance evaluations of operators. • Support operators with training and development activities. • Monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. • 3 years' experience desired. • Strong leadership skills for motivating the team and helping the team to strive for excellence. • Strong ability to pivot the team and objectives in order to meet the business’s changing goals. • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to present data collected in a logical manner utilizing programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Proficiency in written and spoken English. • Ability to work well and contribute in a collaborative environment. • Knowledge of defect tracking systems (i.e. Jira, etc.). • Experience managing projects with Agile Methodology.
