📋 Description

• Act as the primary conduit between legal/regulatory findings and the Core Network team • Translate regional mandates into functional requirements and align stakeholders • Lead requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams • Compare regulatory requirements with platform capabilities and identify enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options • Create high-level technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services such as MNP and Lawful Interception • Define business rules and data exchange requirements for Number Portability and voice/SMS routing • Define data points and reporting frequencies required by local authorities • Lead acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements • Manage technical-regulatory checklists across multiple countries and escalate risks • Coordinate with central databases and external partners on interworking specifications and integration milestones • Mentor Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams • Provide functional leadership to development teams and support solution design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry • Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks • Comfortable discussing SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers • Highly skilled in writing User Stories and Functional Specs and managing Jira tickets • Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and varying global telecom markets • Ability to create structured technical documentation and process flowcharts • Experience coaching and mentoring team members • Ability to liaise between legal, product, and engineering teams • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • Prior MVNO or Mobile Core experience preferred • Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology preferred • Familiarity with Lawful Interception and regional compliance reporting preferred
