📋 Description

• Launch and manage host growth programs in Brazil, including the Co-Host Network and Superhost Ambassadors • Design playbooks and adapt central frameworks to local market dynamics • Partner with commercial, community, sales operations, and cross-functional teams to pilot scalable projects and initiatives • Analyze program performance and insights to develop strategic plans • Support recruitment and onboarding education for co-hosts, Ambassadors, and hosts • Analyze regional and territory business trends to identify and scale growth opportunities • Design, pilot, and test levers supporting host growth at scale • Develop and maintain a community forum for program, product, and community support • Execute workshops, events, webinars, partnerships, and other integrated growth channels • Design and operationalize email and scaled communication campaigns • Serve as primary contact for hosts, advising and supporting their property management businesses • Build sentiment and feedback channels and package insights for product and central programs • Own revenue and host growth goals, develop programs, implement plans, and evaluate efficacy • Develop project plans, collaborate with global stakeholders, and craft mitigation plans • Support development, execution, and scaling of pilots • Apply change management methodologies when deploying solutions and processes • Lead community resource development and support online and offline community events • Develop deep knowledge of assigned geographic markets and local trends

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Sales, Business Operations, or Business Development in Tech, Real Estate/Property Management, or Travel • Proven ability to drive growth and own growth OKRs while exceeding goals • Strong project management skills and demonstrated experience leading strategic programs and processes • Ability to forecast, model, and optimize growth tactics • Sales or external relationship management experience across tech and consumer goods • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building • Creative problem-solving and fact-based decision-making ability • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen • Strong empathy for the community and passion for revenue and growth • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty and ambiguity • Expert with Excel, analytical tools (SQL), capacity planning, forecasting, and general modeling • Comfortable with Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, and other technology solutions • Deep knowledge and experience using collaborative project management tools and processes, e.g. Asana and Airtable • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, spoken and written, is required
