📋 Description

• Technische Anfragen bearbeiten und komplexe Störungen im 2. Level Support im Agnet-Umfeld lösen • Neue Systeme installieren und professionell in Betrieb nehmen • Problem Management durchführen • Durch gezieltes Change- und Konfigurationsmanagement stabile Prozesse sicherstellen • Regelmäßige Upgrades durchführen und die kontinuierliche Wartung der implementierten Agnet-Systeme gewährleisten • Eng und lösungsorientiert mit Kunden, Projektteams und angrenzenden Fachabteilungen wie System Engineering zusammenarbeiten

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium (TH/FH) im Bereich IT, Telekommunikation, Mobilfunk oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IP-Netzwerken • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Linux-Betriebssystemen • Erfahrung in Mobilfunktechnologien, Virtualisierung und Software Deployment ist idealerweise vorhanden • Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben (BOS) sind ein großes Plus • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sicherheitsüberprüfung erforderlich bzw. muss von anerkannten Behörden erteilt werden
