• Build telemetry for monitoring conferencing quality. • Improve metrics like audio, video, and latency. • Own the diagnosis and resolution of conferencing problems. • Share knowledge to enhance team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Years of experience in real-time media: WebRTC, codecs, and media server techniques. • Ability to measure issues and build telemetry. • Capacity to lift and guide team members without managerial title.
