📋 Description

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications • Defining problem statements, identifying business needs, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve processes and outcomes • Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making • Designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using visualization tools (preferably Tableau) • Owning reporting and dashboard delivery, ensuring timely implementation and driving adoption through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement • Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple data sources

🎯 Requirements

• Have 4+ years' relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. • Have development experience on business intelligence reporting platforms such as Tableau, etc. • Have experience demonstrating analytical skills with ability to provide data backend analysis • Have exposure to confidential data handling • Have great initiative for results, ability to handle ambiguity and cross team dynamics • Have good communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
