📋 Description

• Develop software using AI-assisted and agentic development workflows • Design and build reusable agent workflows, instructions, skills, and tools • Improve project context and documentation for effective use by AI agents • Integrate AI agents with development tools and systems where needed • Improve automated verification of AI-generated changes through tests, static analysis, and other quality checks • Evaluate new AI development tools and approaches for adoption by other engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development or related engineering experience • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, testing, debugging, and code quality • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools for real development tasks, including implementation, testing, debugging, refactoring, and code review • Understanding of SDLC practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and release processes • Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and verify its correctness • Experience introducing AI development practices within an engineering team (nice to have) • Relevant AI certifications, such as Anthropic Claude certifications or similar industry-recognized certifications (nice to have)
