📋 Description

• Build infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for members, health professionals, and internal users • Enable product crews through infrastructure, developer experience, operational excellence, and security • Improve hosting, CI/CD, scalability, and multi-cloud architecture • Facilitate authentication, encryption, threat protection, security, and compliance • Enhance local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, and technology evolution • Contribute to design systems, accessibility, and design/development unification • Enable AI-assisted engineering through agentic development, code assistants, and MCP servers • Participate in product decisions and own the systems and features built • Deploy software daily using distributed ownership practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles • Experience building internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows • Strong frontend development skills and understanding of modern UI practices • Contributions to design systems, component libraries, or accessibility initiatives • Care about creating delightful experiences when building UIs or APIs • Think in terms of developer experience, with engineers as customers • Collaborative, humble, and motivated by enabling others • Simplify complexity with elegant abstractions and maintainable code • Excited about AI and automation in engineering workflows • Fluent in English; no French required • Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain • Must be currently based in, or willing to relocate to, France, Spain, or Belgium
