📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently, with a combination of remote work and fieldwork • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
