They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your local area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and fieldwork

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and self-reliance • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
