📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management within your area • Identify and prospect apartment, house, villa, and unique-accommodation owners • Persuade property owners to entrust the management of their properties to the company • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently, with partial remote work and on-site activities • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and self-reliance • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required • No investment required (€0)
