📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your local area • Actively identify and prospect property owners • Convince owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of properties under short-term rental management • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and fieldwork

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation to develop an independent business • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income stream • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided
