ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Freely organize your schedule between partial remote work and field activities • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivation and willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Self-motivated and autonomous, while benefiting from the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is a plus but not required • No investment required
