📋 Description

• Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of properties managed for short-term rentals • Freely organize your schedule between remote work and fieldwork • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build relationships based on trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is not required • Comprehensive training included • No investment required
