📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another industry • You want the autonomy of being self-employed with the support of a structured network • You want to build a long-term recurring income • Status: Self-employed • Full training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
