ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Respond to messages and handle check-ins and disputes • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners • Manage and monitor operations through the ALB platform • Optionally recruit City Managers under a sponsorship arrangement and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivated and self-directed • Interested in building a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • No initial investment required
