ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Optionally build a team of City Managers through the sponsorship program

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Desire for the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
