📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Organize check-ins and handle disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners looking to outsource the management of their properties • Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation • Independent working style with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome; no specific sector required • Self-employed status • No investment required
