📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is explicitly required • Full training provided • Start at your own pace
