ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Oversee all concierge service operations within the assigned area • Sign new concierge service contracts • Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure owner and guest satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and increase its visibility • Receive and manage owner inquiries through the ALB platform • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to convince property owners and build trust • Motivation and self-reliance • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Desire for the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a recurring income over the long term • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
