ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Manage a property portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Serve as ALB’s local representative in your area • Organize your schedule and work partly remotely and in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Status: Independent contractor • Strong powers of persuasion • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and areas of experience • Self-motivated and autonomous • Eager to learn and deliver high-quality work • Ability to organize your own schedule • Comprehensive in-house training provided (legal, technical, sales, and management)
