ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You will become ALB's point of contact in your territory. • Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unconventional accommodations). • Portfolio Management: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests). • Flexibility: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).

• Persuasiveness: You know how to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property. • Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your willingness to learn and to do quality work. • Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
