ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unusual or unique accommodations) • Become ALB’s local point of contact in your area • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Operate your property portfolio as if it were your own business • Organize your schedule freely and work partly remotely and in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Persuasiveness: ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodations • Open to all profiles, with or without experience in real estate or sales • Willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Autonomous and self-motivated • Independent contractor status • Prepared to organize your schedule freely • No specific degree or minimum experience explicitly required
