ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unusual accommodations • Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Serve as the ALB point of contact in your area • Organize your schedule freely between fieldwork and relationship management • Work partly remotely and in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasive skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation • Open to candidates from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other professional background • Eager to learn and committed to doing high-quality work • Able to organize your schedule independently • Available to start when you are ready
