ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unusual or unique accommodations • Become the ALB point of contact for your local area • Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule independently, with 50% fieldwork and 50% client relationship management • Work partly remotely and partly in the field • Complete in-house training in legal, technical, commercial, and management topics

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Applicants from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other professional background are welcome • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Ability to organize your time independently • No specific degree or prior experience explicitly required
