📋 Description

• Vous devenez le référent ALB sur votre secteur. • Développement : Identifier et rentrer de nouveaux biens en gestion (Appartements, Maisons, Villas, Chalets, Logements Atypiques, Insolites...). • Pilotage : Gérer votre parc comme votre propre entreprise (Coordination du ménage, maintenance, relations propriétaires et voyageurs). • Liberté : Vous organisez votre temps et travaillez d'où vous voulez (Télétravail partiel / Terrain).

• Force de conviction : Vous savez convaincre les propriétaires de vous confier la gestion de leur logement. • Ouvert à tous : Que vous veniez de l'immobilier, du commerce, de la coiffure, ou de tout autre domaine : c'est votre envie d'apprendre et de bien faire qui compte. • Autonome : Vous voulez être libre de votre emploi du temps tout en étant accompagné par une structure solide avec des process éprouvés.
