📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unusual accommodations • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Serve as ALB’s local representative in your area • Organize your schedule freely and work in the field or remotely

• Self-employed status • Persuasive skills: the ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and professional sectors • Autonomy and the ability to organize your schedule • Eagerness to learn and commitment to doing high-quality work • Start date at your convenience
