ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Act as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas • Grow the business in your area by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and determination to build a recurring income over the long term • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required
