ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Develop the local business by onboarding new properties for management • Manage a portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations • Oversee operations: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Recruit and potentially mentor your own City Managers • Earn commissions on the activity of City Managers you recruit and sponsor

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and ability to work independently • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
