📋 Description
• Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties under management • Operationally oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations • Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb/Booking/Abritel • Coordinate and manage the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System (Système Vacances ALB) • Manage the local territory as your own business • Build a portfolio of managed properties and benefit from contract buyback when leaving the network
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivation and autonomy • Background in real estate, sales, or another sector • Desire to work as an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build long-term recurring income • Independent/self-employed status required • No investment required
