ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Grow the local business by bringing new properties into management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage and develop the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System • Run the city and surrounding area as your own business • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Strong motivation and entrepreneurial drive • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome; no specific industry background is required • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • No investment required
