ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in your area by onboarding new properties for management • Manage a portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Manage multi-channel listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Recruit and potentially mentor your own City Managers • Run your area as your own business

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Independent contractor status • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
