ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local representative of the network in your city and surrounding areas • Manage your territory as if it were your own business • Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee day-to-day operations across the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through ALB’s Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit your own City Managers under the sponsorship program and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent professional, backed by the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
