They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, unique and unconventional accommodations). • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business. • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance. • Manage relationships with property owners and guests. • Organize your schedule freely and work from the location of your choice. • Become ALB’s local representative in your area.

• Persuasive communication: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties. • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and areas of experience. • Self-motivated and autonomous. • Independent contractor status. • Comprehensive in-house training provided.
