ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive property-owner leads in your area

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or another sector • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Willingness to build a recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
