📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team, including cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector • You want the autonomy of being self-employed with the support of a structured network • You want to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
