They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired • Build a network of City Managers and earn a commission on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent business owner • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
