ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize properties: photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their property • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to work independently • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is a plus but not required • Self-employed status • Full training provided • Start at your own pace
