📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in the assigned area
