ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relationships • Respond to messages and manage check-ins and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to delegate the management of their property • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Recruit and potentially mentor City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is a plus but not required • Full training provided • No investment required
