ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing (yield management) to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the operation of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
