They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to delegate management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and willingness to build a recurring, long-term income • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome but not required • No initial investment required
